Virginia Vincent, DVM

Dr. Virginia Vincent earned her veterinary degree from Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine. Before entering veterinary school, Dr. Vincent worked as a veterinary technician and spent time abroad studying wildlife behavior in Kenya. In the summer of 2008 she joined the staff of Animal Medical Center. Though Dr. Vincent enjoys all aspects of the veterinary profession, she particularly enjoys feline medicine and dentistry.

Outside of work Dr. Vincent tries to cook a new recipe every week, reads voraciously, and loves to travel. Dr. Vincent and her family live in Arlington, Virginia.  She and her husband have two mischevious pets - an orange tabby cat and a lab mix.  The newest addition to the family, baby Christopher, joined them in October 2010.
